i had the most awesome stew for dinner, lunch, and lunch again. i almost burnt it but my husband saved it. it had peas, corn, potatoes, onion, and beef. it was cooked just right that the potato starch had melted in the stew to make it just the perfect consistency. oh! its was so good!
it was definitely one of those meals that i wish i had company to share it with on a cold, dreary, rainy day, but fuck that! then i wouldn't have enough for 3 days worth of meals.
